Permaculture is a holistic, common sense and simple design system that enables us to work with rather than against nature to provide for our needs.   We can apply Permaculture to our gardens, farms, buildings, communities, energy systems and economies.  It can be used to regenerate soils, forests and farmland and helps us to value and conserve the planet's resources.

It's simple ethical foundation of caring for the earth and people and sharing fairly it gives us the impetus to create productive, healthy systems.

Here in Bristol, Permaculture is synonymous with creative community action, urban food growing, skill  sharing, socialising and low impact living.
